Yes: While a good plastic surgeon will lift the breasts for the most attractive final appearance, breast droop is a matter of physics; the larger the breast, the more the stretching force upon the soft tissue of the chest, the quicker they will droop.

Yes : Especially with weight changes and larger implants. Women with greater amounts of breast tissue prior to breast augmentation are more prone to this after breast augmentation.

Drooping Boobs: The effects of gravity will always be working against women (and men as well). The larger the implant or breast the more sagging a women is likely to encounter. Over time, the implants may thin the tissues and cause more sagging. It can occur so much so that a breast lift (mastopexy) may be needed to improve the breast shape. Try to pick smaller implants to lessen the amount of droop.

Possibly.: Yes, breasts may “droop", despite undergoing breast augmentation surgery. This is especially true for patients who have a genetic propensity for breast ptosis, patients who have had pregnancies, and/or have experienced significant weight gain/loss. Best wishes.

Gravity wins: If you already have some drooping of the breasts prior to breast augmentation surgery, then your new larger breasts will also droop. Combining a breast lift with your augmentation may help address both issues.
