OK: That seems like a reasonable plan. However you should consider options. For instance if you are going to find a surrogate you might want to have a good supply of embryos before that or make sure the surrogate delivers before you have a hysterectomy. You will likely want to keep your ovaries. But ivf after removal of the uterus can be more difficult so consider all options and the timing!
