Unusual Pregnancy: Generally in a subtotal hysterectomy, the uterus is out. Your cervix may be left behind. I t would be incredibly rare for sperm to meet an egg in this setting. I doubt that you had a miscarriage. Is your pregnancy test Positive? Your physician should examine you to determine what happened.
