Sinus/Allergies/GERD: This could be any number of things. And depending on how long it has been there. If has been recent (days).. Then viral infection or tonsillitis. If it has been longer this could be related to allergies and "post-nasal drainage." it could be a sinus infection draining down the throat and causing irritation. It could be acid reflux. Chronic tonsillitis could cause as well.. Best to see an md...
