Focus on Omega 3: Omega 3 supplements will likely suit you best. Check on the components (epa and dha to compare options). Although both of these types of essential fatty acids are needed, your "normal" diet is more likely to be supplying you with your sources of omega 6. The omega 3 can be added by diet (certain fish like salmon), by precursors (certain nuts and seeds like walnuts) or by supplements. Good luck!

Omega-3 : For dry eye, you should take fish oil (which contains omega-3 fatty acids) 1 gram twice daily.
