No: The acth stimulation test is just to see if your adrenal glands would respond to a single dose of acth. It doesn't provide the prolonged stimulation needed to you to start feeling better, if that is your root problem; also, if you didn't have secondary adrenal insufficiency, and it was primary, there would be no response anyways.

My cortisol + ACTH are both very low. I also have severe nausea, fatigue, and low blood pressure. My ACTH stim test showed that I do *not* have adrenal insufficiency. Could the low cortisol still be the cause of the nausea? If so, how do I raise it?
