Does short synathcen acth test rule out secondary adrenal insufficiency? my 9am cortisol was 8.7, after 30 mins stimulation it was 23.1 and after 60 it was 25.2. if no what other tests are needed? if yes, is the cortisol a concern? thanks?

My cortisol + ACTH are both very low. I also have severe nausea, fatigue, and low blood pressure. My ACTH stim test showed that I do *not* have adrenal insufficiency. Could the low cortisol still be the cause of the nausea? If so, how do I raise it?
