Evaluation: Sounds like you need a full evaluation. Usually you should know at the beginning of there is a thyroid problem. That can confuse ovulation problems. Clomid (clomiphene) is more effective in women who do not ovulate but if thyroid problems are causing the problem you may not even need clomid (clomiphene). The maximum pregnancy rate per month is about 20% so i would not be overly concerned yet.
