I was an ART mom too: I'm sorry to hear about your discomfort. I went through this as a midlife mom, and OB doctors wanted me to call if i experienced any unusual symptoms. In fact, they expected that as it was for me a difficult time full of anxiety. So i encourage women to call if concerns when pregnant after art or conception at 40yr or later. Your rei doctor can tell you if nothing wrong or something you should do.

Pain after transfer: Pelvic pain after transfer is much like any ovulation cycle. A persistent corpus luteum is the most common cause. Enlarged ovaries after stimulation in a fresh cycle is another cause. Any unusual pain is worth an ultrasound and evaluation.
