Take hormones: If you are not producing Progesterone because you are not ovulating, then the best way to start having regular periods is to go on a birth control pill. You could also take monthly Progesterone pills to achieve the same effect. If trying to get pregnant then taking a ovulation inducing drug like Clomid (clomiphene) would help.
