Will progesterone cream help my periods to come back after 6 years?

Maybe: progesterone does cause breakthrough bleeding so therefore may be at what might make a comeback as long as no not a topical defect

Not likely.: Progesterone, both in its natural and synthetic forms, may help bring on a menstrual period in someone who's periods are irregular or who's not pregnant but whose period is delayed. However, if you haven't had a period in 6 years, it's very unlikely that progesterone cream will restart them. Treatment exists for women with prolonged absence of menses, but progesterone cream isn't one of them..
