See the surgeon: Is common to have port irritation after lap surgery, but some times infection requires drainage and/or antibiotics. See the surgeon that did it.

Maybe normal: The only way to know if this is a normal reaction to the sutures or an infection is to see the wound. Increasing pain or drainage of pus are signs of infection. You should have your surgeon check it out asap. At least it's a small wound, so should do fine whatever it is. Good luck!
