Go see a physician. Dry mouth and the need to drink a lot of water and frequent urination are 2 usual symptoms of diabetes. However you need to be checked to be sure.

One quick reply is diabetics, but it could be other issues as well, dry mouth and frequent urination are the usual signs, sulfur burps not sure ( as a dentist). You should see a physician to rule out something else and get appropriate treatment.
