See a physician: Go see a physician. Dry mouth and the need to drink a lot of water and frequent urination are 2 usual symptoms of diabetes. However you need to be checked to be sure.

Diabtetics: One quick reply is diabetics, but it could be other issues as well, dry mouth and frequent urination are the usual signs, sulfur burps not sure ( as a dentist). You should see a physician to rule out something else and get appropriate treatment.
