No - see a doctor: An elevated heart rate for that period of time is not normal nor safe. This must be evaluated by a doctor.

Yes and No: Depending on how high your fever is it may be normal. It is important to treat the temp, the underlying cause and stay hydrated. Regardless, if either the fever or heart rate continue to be an issue, go see your doctor or to the er.
