Nutritionist: That is not an insignificant amount of weight to lose in a relatively short period of time. Your best bet would be to consult with a nutritionist or weight management center for medically supervised weight loss. Deprivation leading to cravings may well contribute to yoyo dieting with weight swings in both directions. This isn't healthy. Please consider appropriate supervision.
