Still with risk: Hpv (and hsv) are present on the genital skin, so while condom use can reduce transmission, there are still many cases of transmission of both viruses even with 100% condom usage. That being said, hpv doesn't always cause symptoms; it depends on your own immune system's response to it, as well as the strain of hpv you are exposed to.
