No magic cream: ...For keratosis piliaris but consistent use of lotions like lubriderm or cetaphil, and prescription Lactic Acid lotions, alpha-hydroxy-acid lotions, urea cream, salicylic acid, or topical steroid creams can help. See your primary care doc or dermatologist for the prescriptions stuff if the non prescriptions stuff doesn't work. Avoid harsh creams or cleansers. Good luck.
