Status Migrainosus: You need to see a doc. Headaches lasting>72 hours are concerning. A regular migraine can turn into status migrainosus if not treated immediately, there has been overuse of headache/pain medicines, or withdrawal from regularly used medications. Visual disturbances, vomiting, trouble thinking are symptoms. Maybe dehydration from vomiting, fatigue, pain. There are numerous medications to treat this.
