I have varicose veins but i had my procedures done about 10 years ago and ive been always wearing my compression socks..but lately they have been killing me in pain just like dead legs i feel like an old man or woman with leg problems. what can i?

Consult a vascular surgeon again. The internal veins in your legs are probably congested due to valvular insufficiency. This can be the problem even without obvious varicose veins. Elevating the legs in a high position while lying supine usually alleviates the venous congestion temporarily.
