Very Low: The aim of ablation is to destroy the issue in the uterus so that your bleeding stops. And for you that worked. So unless a fertility specialist can surgically try to reverse the ablation (and it can take several attempts) you will not be able to conceive, no matter what fertility treatment you receive. It can be attempted if the uterus is fixed.
