Common but check it: Light bleeding is quite common during first couple of months of pregnancy, but could be sign of early miscarriage too. No cramping/pain or other symptom is reassuring, but it won't hurt to get checked by your doc. Take it easy for couple of days. Best of luck to you.

Threatened abortion.: Threatened abortion (vaginal bleeding in the first half of the pregnancy) is not rare and most cases deliver healthy term babies, although the risk of complications increases. Modified bedrest and avoidance of heavy lifting or intercourse are recommended, as is avoidance of all nsaids (aspiring, aleve, (naproxen) advil, motrin).
