Make sure: That you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Get consistent exercise. Take at least 5-10 minutes per day for some kind of relaxation practice, such as yoga, breathing exercises, or meditation. Eat healthy foods, and avoid caffeine (and alcohol, for sure). Prioritize your study time, making sure you keep up with projects. Consider seeing a counselor or psychologist for additional help.
