Depends: Severity of the problem will be the deciding factor. It may be an option to look at veneers, crowns, braces, composite biuld ups or other. But know that orthodontics/braces are likely to be the best option. Veneers/crowns are nice but braces cost about as much as only 5 veneers in many cases. See your dentist or orthodontist for options.

Depends: For major severe problems affecting multiple teeth yes braces is the solution. For minor movement 1 or several teeth aligners and retainers can be great. Alternative - doing cosmetic restorations can give good results need to see the situation, x-rays.

Severity?: If teeth crooked you can rx them non-surgically by straightening them (braces) or surgically by reshaping them. Know that teeth will not remain straight unless you wear your retainers as directed. Know that restorations have to be redone periodically. Usually cheaper to do ortho rx once that restorative rx multiple times over your life. Consult w both restorative dentist and orthodontist.

Age 19: You have a lifetime of use for your teeth. I prefer minimally invasive orthodontics by a well trained general dentist or orthodontist. To reduce your teeth to place restorations that make your teeth appear straight will ultimately lead to greater dental problems. www.fastbraces.com to find a dentist near you.
