Relax: You don, t have to be an enlightened guru to practice a simple meditation technique called "mindfulness". Take a deep full breath (hold one hand on your belly and one hand on tour chest). Your belly should expand and your chest remain still. Pick up a flower, a stone, or a piece of chocolate. Get into a comfortabble position. Close your eyes and pay full attention to the object in hand for 5 min.
