Injury: There is a risk of injury with any sport during pregnancy. As pregnancy progresses and the uterus is more apparent abdominally there is a risk of direct injury by the tennis ball or if a fall happens. You should not initiate any new exercise activity that you were not already practicing before pregnancy.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
