Enjoy: Drinking at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Eating at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Avoiding junk carbohydrates and seeking balance in your eating. Finding physical activities that you enjoy. Starting out slowly if you are physically deconditioned. Enjoy your road to fitness !
