Rigid: And absolute cold turkey on sweets, pop, diet drinks, desserts, cookies, candy, alcohol, fruit juices. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit (that is where you get the sugar but even sweet fruit does not relieve the craving for sweets). That is what we all should be eating and leave all the processed man made food alone. Also exercise daily even though it is only walking.
