A member asked:

Would taking up kickboxing be a good way to build up my leg muscles?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Jeffrey Bowman answered

Yes if in shape: Make sure your muscles are in decent shape and to stretch before and after. This type of exercise is hard on legs so start slow.
