See personal trainer: As we age some exersises may be easier to do to maintain and improve muscle tone.A good personal trainer can help here.A trainer can see if you are able to do simple curls/triceps extensions for your arms; hamstring curls and easy leg press or slr's for your legs.Squats can be difficult for buttocks and an ellyptical machine might be better.Many other exersises can be done @home and he/she can adv.
