Any exercise: Martial arts are not necessary to maintain peak physical health. Any form of regular rigorous exercise will do. You also need to have a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains; low in saturated fats; no tobacco; no more than one drink a day and regular exercise.
