Interesting question: I'm surprised they have kendo in Morrilton, AR!!! I've taken kendo, and still do kickboxing. I love both, but I would give the edge to kickboxing. Kendo will really work your legs and arms, but kickboxing probably burns more calories, which is the bottom line when it comes to toning and getting rid of excess body fat. Both build muscles. I would try both if u can, and stay with the one u like!
