Yes: Calisthenics often involve simple exercises, usually using ones own body weight in an often rhythmic motion, that can increase both strength and aerobic fitness. Usually involves little or no equipment. Sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, as well as pull-ups, push-ups and jumping rope or all examples of calisthenic exercises.
