It could be lice: Key to both remove the nits that stick to the hair as well as the adult lice. An all metal nit comb is very effective in removing nits. Come out small areas from scalp out. Most over the counter head lice products only kill the adult lice. The us centers for disease control and prevention has a great information website about head lice identification, control and prevention.
