Comfort poses: Yoga is highly beneficial during pregnancy. If already practiced continue current poses & adjust to your body & comfort as pregnancy progresses. Tell your instructor you are pregnant & which trimester. Avoid hot yoga & major abdominal stretches. Stop if discomfort.
