I steam my fish and fresh veggies- very easy. The key to a "healthy" fish recipe however is the type of fish: wild caught is recommended over farmed and avoid frequent meals of larger predator fish (tuna, shark, mahi mahi, etc) as they typically contain more Hg. Research frequent "food fraud" species and avoid "Atlantic" salmon which is often farm sourced (less healthy omegas & more toxic waste)
