Really?: Have they had these checked with a pathologist? A sample taken to lab ( 1st see doc) people rarely have gotten tape worms from undercooked fish. Pin worms are most common and can spread in family but not likely to be in the nose/ sinus. Mucus can be stringy and has often been mistaken for worms. There is no substitute for the right diagnosis and treatment.
