Stitch: Sharp knifelike sudden pains that are worse when you breathe in and that disappear soon are usually "stitch", transient folds in the pleura (the membrane that lines chest wall and outer lungs.) see if a very deep breath makes them go away.

Right sided pain: Right lower chest pain can be pleuritic, chest wall, pneumonia, pleurisy, PE. Right upper quadrant organs can cause pain such as kidney, gallbladder, liver pancreas or stomach. Possible could be referred pain from your back. Food allergies always a possibility. That would have to be tested.
