This is dispepsia: These are signs of what we call "dyspepsia". It is most of the time related to your diet. Greasy food, spicy food, soda are the most common culprits. However any food can make you feel like this. And you have to find out what food your body doesn't digest properly. Also consider regular exercise to lose weight if you're overweight.

Gastric issues: Although gastric or gall bladder issues dont necessarily cause pain in ribs, but the pain can be referred to adjoining region. The feeling of fullness and nausea makes stomach (h pylori) or gall bladder involvement a possibility and need to be ruled out by a physical exam by your doctor and some testing/imaging.
