No, it should not: Blood plasma has lots of good stuff in it, mainly valuable proteins but also "clotting factors" that are needing to regulate how blood clots. A healthy person has plenty of plasma, and can easily make more plasma after he gives a donation. He should not experience medical symptoms as long as he stays properly hydrated during exercise and doesn't exert himself until a day after his donation.
