My blood test just showed high muscle enzymes. My doc says its cuz i started working out. Is this a possible effect ? All orher tests are normal

Maybe: Modest elevations of the CPK can occur after a vigorous work out. I would suggest stopping workouts for 3-4 days and then rechecking the lab work.

Agree.Would like to know the level of muscle enzymes.Some Black Americans also have higher baseline averages for muscle enzymes which could still be elevated even after resting.I usually obtain other corroborate measures LDH and aldolase which are usually normal in Blacks with this common variant.
