????: Your daughter should only be put asleep once and all 9 teeth can be extracted. Consider seeing an oral surgeon or a pediatric dentist that goes to the hospital. This procedure should be able to be completed in 1 visit with the proper anesthesia. There are risks involved with anesthesia. So minimize the # of times she needs to be put asleep.

Extract the teeth: But try to have it done at the same time to minimize the anesthesia. An oral surgeon or pedodontist should be able to help. Does other treatment need to be rendered?

Wow!: How did she get 9 cavities bad enough to require extractions? Never should have happened. Ask your dentist to refer you to a pediatric dental specialist to prevent this from ever happening again. Ask your dentist to refer you to an oral surgeon, a specialist who can remove all of the teeth only having to put your granddaughter to sleep one time. Sounds like you need specialist services.
