See your ob/gyn: It could be anything from a benign exudate (not likely, due to blood), infection (not as likely, due to how long it's been going on), or the worst case scenario, a sign of breast cancer. I would immediately get it evaluated by your OB gyn.

Nipple discharge: Clear or dark greenish nipple discharge may be from a benign fibrocystic condition. Bloody nipple discharge must be evaluated by your doctor to test for concerns such as breast cancer or intra-ductal papoulona condition. Please see your doctor for an examination. Likely will need a mammogram as well.
