Leave it alone: Do not squeeze it , you will irritated that way. Go and see a doctor to make sure is it a breast cyst, or a skin problem happen to be on the breast. Do not mess with the breast is like opening a can of warm you wish you never did. See a doctor, since you might need some antibiotic in case there is an infection.
