My little boy started a week ago a tic where he jump and sometimes make noises, i am really worried cos it s everyday and before he goes to sleep. ?

Many variables : His age, health, experience with strep infections are all important. Many children go through motor movement phases. Because he makes noises, it's a bit more of a concern. Please take him to his pediatrician. Be sure to check for panda's if he's had strep infections.

Probably okay: There is a condition particularly in little boys that i refer to as "need to move". They often can not sit still and jump around and make noises. This is often after having to sit quietly at school - in the afternoon when they come home or evening when trying to relax. It is usually not a serious problem. If he is doing it during class to the point of being disruptive, he may need treatment.
