My left side has been hurting for the past 3 days and won't stop. i took pain killers and motrin but nothing is helping me. what else should i try?

Many options: Urinary tract infection, kidney infection, ruptured ovarian cyst, diverticulitis, muscle strain etc. Can cause this. Need to c ur doc to get tests to narrow this down. Some need antibiotics and others just supportive care.
