Insufficient info: I need more specific information to help with an answer. Where is the migraine pain, which teeth hurt, what causes the dizziness? It may be that you have a sinus infection, in which case the upper teeth may hurt and you may have a frontal headache.

Possibly Infection?: The fever is not a typical symptom in migraine headaches. Sometimes headaches on one side of the head, with light and sound sensitivity, throbbing head pain, can appear to be a migraine because the symptoms are seen in migraine, but might be due to something else. I suggest that you see a health care practitioner about this to find out if the headache is caused by an infection of some kind.
