If i get cramps more now that i have varicose veins, is that a sign of complications?

Perhaps: You don't say where the cramps are. If they are in your legs, this could be aggravated by venous congestion in your legs from incompetent, dilated veins. However, cramps can have other causes and if it is bothering you, you should see your doctor.
