>400IU: Current recommendations for individuals under 12 months is at least 400iu a day. Between 1 and 70, recommended iu is 600 and then 800 over 70. However, there has been a lot of recent research and attention on vitamin d deficiency and there is talk of increasing the recommended dose to 800iu for all. I dont recommend anything to help with absorption.
