No: Nasopharyngeal cysts usually don't cause migranes. They are sometimes removed surgically, particularly if they are causing some kind of problem or approach the opening of the eustachian tube. An ENT doctor would be well suited to evaluate and manage this type of condition.

Not migraines: Nasopharyngeal cysts don't cause migraines but there are case reports where they can cause significant headaches. They are best seen on mri. An ENT can usually see them with a scope and if they are superficial can drain them in the office. Deeper ones are removed similar to how an adenoid is removed.
