Why do i have throat & ear pain even though my tonsils is removed?

Many possible reason: There are many possible reasons for throat and ear pain that don't involve the tonsils. You would probably need a formal visit with either the surgeon who removed your tonsils, or possibly your primary care provider in order to sort out the possibilities.
